Where we deliver

Odim delivers in Vrindavan. More cities will follow. Enter your address in the app and it will tell you straight away whether we reach you — coverage is set area by area, so a nearby address is not a promise.

Our registered business address is in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. That is where the business is registered, not where we deliver.

How long it takes

Orders typically arrive in 15–25 minutes. That is what we see on a normal day, not a guarantee — peak hours, heavy rain and traffic all make it longer, and the app shows a live ETA for your own order once it is on the way.

Store hours vary by area and change from day to day. The app shows today's hours for your address, and checkout is closed while your store is closed.

What delivery costs

Delivery is a flat ₹19, and it is free on orders of ₹100 or more. The minimum order is ₹50. You see the exact fee before you place the order, and the price at checkout is the price you pay.

When a delivery does not arrive

If our rider cannot reach you — no answer on the phone, or an address we cannot find — we try once more. If the second attempt also fails, we cancel the order and let you know.

A cancelled cash on delivery order costs you nothing: the rider never collected anything. If you already paid online, your refund is automatic — we record it when the order is cancelled and pay it by UPI within 48 hours. Our Refund & cancellation policy has the rest.

Please keep your address accurate and your phone reachable. It is the difference between a 15–25-minute delivery and a cancelled one.
